Payment

The banking fees/pending payments

The bank charges or administration fees that are expenses of the participants, necessarily have to be paid by the participant (only cash in euros) before you pick up the documentation of the tournament.

The organisers do not validate the registration that entitles the person to participate if any of these payments remain pending.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the date of the invoice of your registry without any cancellation fees. After 14 days, the following cancellation fees will apply:

Before March 10, 2020: no cancellation fee.

From 11 March 2020: The cancellation fee will be 50%.

After 7 April 2020, the cancellation fee will be 100%.

If you cancel only a part of the order, the cancellation costs are based solely on the price of this part.

To cancel a registration you must send your name, last name, invoice number and details of the bank account of the interested by email at info@vetterans.com

Cash on delivery

In accordance with the rates and dates above, the cancellation fee will be reimbursed by the organization within 30 days following receipt of the cancellation. The taxes for reimbursement will be at the expense of the person who cancel the registration.

Cancel hotel reservation

To cancel the participation in the tournament, will not be automatically cancelled hotel reservations. The accommodation has to be cancelled separately.
